This is my sat nav, and I'm new to the car. Do I need a GPS DVD first, and update via SD-card or what, to get this thing working ? Can't even find music if I insert an SD-card with music, so I'm a little lost here... How do I get this thing working ?

Hi, looks like you've got a Mark 1 Superb?  There is a separate section on the forum for Mark 1s, you might get more responses if you post it there

My Superb has a Columbus Sat Nav / entertainment box as standard. I don't know what yours is, but it doesn't look like a Columbus. As Superb170 says, perhaps it's from a Mk1 Superb

Sorry I can't help

That looks like a Chinese unit, as it has SD cards for both GPS and other.

Pull it out, look for model numbers and google them, but it's probably a Windows CE box so you'll need iGo or similar.  www.gpsunderground.com is your source for this if I'm correct.

That is an aftermarket unit in a MKI Superb dash.

Moved to the MKI section, but in all honesty you are probably going to need to remove it to get the details off the unit.

Does it work with the steering control?
