Hi All,

The front brakes are getting 'sticky' on the wife's vRS and given the discs and pads are also on last legs I want to overhaul the lot.

I know the OE Lucas calipers are not great so wondered what options I have to upgrade a little ... I know the 312mm conversion is popular but finding it tricky to find calipers and carriers in good condition for sensible money.

Yet plenty of MK2 vRS calipers about for sensible money - do these fit?

Any other options?

I purchased a set like this from this company. Sure it might look a little pricey but you get everything you need, all nice and clean and in one box. They also do different colours if you want red or green etc.

The mk2 brakes wont fit. I would get a set as mentioned above as you know they are all ok and ready to go. Its worth it in the long run.
