EML light

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Will make it short and to the point, fitted my turbo back system from piper etc. Started the engine to check for any leaks in the sytem, in my infinite wisdom I forgot about the sensor after the air filter that goes to the intake and has thrown up a engine light. Now, how do I go about removing it? or resetting it? or should it of gone when I then test drove the car?

Thanks

Any basic diagnostics will clear the fault.

Never tested the battery removal method to clear fault lights but might work?

I never thought of doing that (duuuur).

Will give it a go and see, if not I'll have to ask around and see if someone near me has something that'll clear it.

Cheers!

I done the exact same. Went off after a few days.

Yeah it just went off today when I started up the car after finishing work. Was surprised.
