Hi I'm Adam,

I'm new to the forum and have just ordered a Fabia Vrs in meteor grey from citygate Watford.

Now I'm after anyone within In a reasonable distance that has a meteor grey skoda that would let me see the colour.

It's as simple as that, my partner wants red and I've 80% convinced her on grey and need her to see it before it's too late to change the colour.

Hope some one can help

Personally i am not a Meteor Grey fan.

IMO not worth paying £200 more for the Solid Grey rather than Solid White or Red. (easy to touch up.)

 

  the Rio Red Metallic looks good.

Can i ask,

is this a Factory Build you have ordered not yet built, or built & coming into the UK, or already here ?

The car is due for mid September. So factory built. Only options are the colour and sunroof. I'm happy with the colour but it's my partner who's unsure and making me doubt my choice. I've seen plenty of pics but not in the flesh.

I have seen Estates in Meteor Grey and liked them while shiny.

 

Several Meteor Grey 'Fabia Reactions' around my way which i see regularly, clean and dirty, and the hatches look terrible IMHO.

I've seen plenty of pics, but in my opinion you can't beat seeing it in the flesh. I'm tempted to change the order at the moment ...

I've seen that colindale skoda have a fabia reaction in meteor grey so ill pop down in the morning and have a look.

IMO..  looks very good, but that is as a new car.  If you don't keep it shiny it will look like a car in primer waiting on the finishing coats.

There is a meteor Grey monte' around the corner from me usually and it looks pretty smart with black roof and black wheels.

It looks better on smaller cars like the Fabia as opposed to the same colour on an Octavia imo!

we have one in the dealership up here in Cumbria, and it looks lovely better in the flesh than in pictures I think

Went to colindale skoda and despite it being on the web the car hasn't arrived yet. I should have called first!

I'm going to head back Monday as it's due in this weekend.

I intend to keep it clean, it's coming without the black roof or alloys as I don't like the diamond cut lip. I'm getting so aftermarket wheels for it in the new year.
