Iv just sold an Sv650. People slate them abit, being a 70hp vtwin. But in all honesty, its plenty for the road. Still gets up to 100mph fast enough n from there on is a licence loser anyway

Ah youd get along well with my dad then. Hes a big bmw man. Had them for years and years. Hes currently got a bmw r1200gs adventure and a bmw r45 (thinkin changing it to an r65, cos apparently most the engine is the same anyway.

I love V twins btw! The SV650 is sweet. I had the SV's big brother the TLs 1000s and that was a total beast and I loved it once I sorted the handling! Had a bit of a reputation but i'd have it over the old R1 any day.

That's the most stupid riding I've ever seen. If one of them comes off anything the bike then hits will be severely damaged-if they hit a car then its likely the frame engine and gearbox would smash through into the passenger cell and kill everyone inside. They need locking up and their bikes sending to the crusher.

Good driving AND good riding is based on the assessment of what IF's....

It is OUR responsibility when in charge of a vehicle to consider possible hazards/actions/events... Failure to do so is what causes most collisions.

If you want to ride like these knobs, there is only one answer - book a track session.

 

That way you are not putting innocent people at risk, there will be medical help available and there are run off areas if you make mistakes.
