Hi everyone,
 
Because of vacuum test showed that Turbo actuator is sticking, took it off, and discovered, that VNT regulation handle ir moving absolute free, without any resistance. When i'm moving it, it looks like it moves on its on, without moving VNT inside.
 
Any ideas ?
 
 
 
From the start, the problem was loss of power at low rpm.

So, after cleaning turbo geometry, changed VNT, cleaned monifold inlet, cleaned and tested EGR - at last my Octavia boosts, but still have a problem with turbo lag (image inlc.)

Also, log's showing wrong EGR work :/

 

Any ideas of turbo lag and egr ?
