I have brought these skoda vrs 3d gel badges of ebay.. My question is do I have to take the skoda badge of the grill and the boot or can I stick over ?

You don't have to, but it'll look ****e if you don't...

the original badges are only stuck on anyways

They have a couple of pins on the back with go into holes but are just for location and provide no form of fixing.

As such you can always take it off and change your mind and stick it back on.

 

That said they do look loads better removed as seen here:
