Inside tyre wear on rear ?

Featured Replies

After checking my tyres today I've noticed the rear drivers side tyre is wearing on the inside ?

It's never done this before with rear tyres.

It's never been jacked up on the axel or had any harsh "thuds" to it through driving.

Anyone experienced this ? Could it be wheel bearings ?

Possibly a bush? Mine does it on the outside on rear wheels. Pain in the arse!

Possibly, I'll get it on the lift and have a poke about

Thanks

Failing that, get some shims and a professional to fit em :)

Worn shock

Worn shock

Had a brand new suspension kit last July

Could still be a faulty shock.

I fitted a sachs shock brand new and it was gubbed within a month

Set of shocks + refit all bushes with new ones, would be something to consider.

Check coil spring first, as I had a broken spring where it sits in the swinging arm..almost un-detectable.
