Rear Shockers

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if the rear shock absorbers you can get on Ebay from GSF car parts for about £40 a pair are any good or should I really go for branded ones like Monroe etc?

Also I need front wishbone rear bushes, would these be good:

search ebay for Ocatvia Console Bushes.  You'll get them already fitted with the alloy bracket for GBP30 so you don't have to faff about with a press.

Audi TT / S3 bushes don't squirm as much & are a direct replacement (and cheap) search for Febi 33973.  VW partno 8J0 407 183 about GBP 30 for a bare bush

I can't help with the dampers but my preference is to buy a known brand unless I'm selling the vehicle in the near future

mister-auto.co.uk have Monroe shocks for £26 each, I bought two as replacements for the OE Monroe items.
