Ok so I'm going along (maybe showing off a bit) in my vr6 and hey ho it spits its dummp out and the diff shatters and it pukes it's oil out everywhere ( like all over leicester everywhere)

So what do I do, iv got to get to work and I have no car. So I found a little fabia from one of our traveling friends for a steal. £320 with MOT.. Bargain

I drove this sorry little car around for nearly a year, used and abused it. It was a work horse. But then as we do I got cold feet. I began to think hey a set of budget coilys wouldn't go amiss, so I got myself a set of JOMs and this started it off. It looked terrible. Standard steelys SUCK so on went the mk3 anni bbs's off the vr6... Much better.

I still hated the car like really hated it. It has a dented wing which my mate said he could knock out so I said hell yeah it can't get much worse... It did get much worse. He used a claw hammer and if you have ever seen a wing on a fabia its spot welded down the door frame. Once bent can never fit. So you can imagine how this went.

Next came may and run to the sun 2014. The now named and shamed Scotty the Skoda made it from leicester to newquay a treat and I was very impressed with the 47 mpg aswell. But then we got there and a very drunken Mrs gets hold of the car keys and askes to do her makeup in the car. As you guessed she locked the keys in it so yep smashed window it was. Budweiser box and gaffa tape.

We made it back from there and last weekend a mate of mine told me about fitted uk . new show this year and it was near leeds .

So one Saturday at work I thought well of better get this thing sorted out stance wise. I just so happened to have a set of 20mm spacers lying around from the vr6 so they went on the back and the helper springs came off the front. Looking better. Bit of a clean later and hey I'm loving the old Skoda. Splash of candy white on the rub strips and its looking sweet go, got some new badges from Skoda and its all coming together. Next thing you know it I'm a Skoda kinda guy and its getting attention. So yeah here it goes watch this space as I'm sure there is more to come.

I hated mine to begin with aswell haha, then it grew on me after putting some coilies on and other bits.

Looks smart mate, love them in white and thats helped me decide about colour coding the black plastic strips on bumpers looks much better
