Hi im thinking of replacing the back box with a length of 2.5" exhaust piping I have and joining them up with something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-5-inch-Stainless-Steel-Clamp-on-Exhaust-pipe-joiner-connector-sleeve-tube-/251388626060?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a87ee048c but had a look under the car today and it looks like all 1 piece from the clamp just after the cat. Is there a way of getting it all off or do you have to cut it off?

Back box needs to be cut off really mate.

Mine was done when I first had the car got a full system now though. You can buy a non silenced cat back from Piper for around £200 though

ive had a quote from powerflow up in Deeside for the back box delete all fitted with handers made up and a tip of my choice welded on for £40, Recon its a good price?
