I'm after a bit more noise from my vrs. I currently have a mufflectomy with the back box cut out. The pipe they used looks the same diameter.

I am not looking to de-cat the car at the moment as it's already mapped and rather not get it tweaked yet.

My question is would the Piper exhaust with 0 silencers be louder than my current set up with it being larger pipe work? Or am I wasting my money here?

I'd of thought it won't be much louder if any, I'd say put a cone filter on if you want it slightly louder as it will only cost about £30 failing that I'd go for a decat

I've got a S2000 filter in the boot ready to fit with your guide in the next few days!

Hopefully that makes the difference. I guess if not I'll get a decat then and go back to Shark for a map tweak.
