Do you mean the rear axle bushes or the rear console bushes?

Rear Bean Axle to Chassis

I managed to fit my rear bushes using parts from the tool shown, but this will only work for polybushes not the OE type.

Removal was by the time honoured method of weakening them first by drilling/cutting.

I seem to remember having to hold it temporarily with a G-cramp while I swapped everything round half way which was a bit awkward.

There are specific tools but some large sockets or steel spacers and threaded rod will be good enough.
