Now I know that Skoda UK comes in for a bit of stick sometimes, but I would like to say Thanks.

The story is....

Driving home from work the other day i noticed my windscreen had a crack in it approx 8 inches long on the passenger side about 6 inches from the bottom. I dont recollect it being there on my way to work and I dont recollect any stone impact in that area. I took it to SMC in Exeter who passed it to Skoda UK. The outcome is that Skoda UK have authorised the replacement under warrenty. It would be easy for Skoda to have said '' Ha, stone impact, not our problem '' and so avoid having to replace it, but they haven't. so a big :thumbup:

I too have to admit to some good service from Skoda UK.

Shortly after getting my car it developed an oil leak which dripped onto my newly laid block paved drive. Spoke to them, got an estimate and recieved a cheque for just under
