17" Spiders-What Colour?

Featured Replies

Hi,

My wheels are in need of a refurb and powdercoating but am struggling to decide on what colour to go for.

I've got a black mk1 Octy.  I was thinking of a nice gloss black but am unsure.

Any thoughts or pics would be much appreciated :)

Cheers

Go for white

On a dark car, a lighter colour would be better.

Maybe not white... but it gives you a chance to inject a bit of character.

I saw some that were done in "Nissan GTR Grey" and they looked amazing but just not sure how they'd look on the car

Original.  Be aware powder coating also wont give a mega glossy finish, advise them if they can to wet paint them also.

Thanks for the info mate

Silver, white or graphite. Black does look good but if glossy theres to much black IMO lol

White carbon dip :)

Red carbon dip :)

Hehe

Mine were done anthracite by the previous owner and I really like them on a black car. I tend to cake the fronts in black brake dust though! Black wheels on a black car is too much for me.

Agree with Mankee totally. I have in the past had shadow chrome two tone and silver sparkle which was silver with extra metal flake in. Both looked awesome on black car

I agree, I thought about the Bright Silver with extra metallic flec but in the end went for Dark Shadow Chrome and am very pleased!
