Hi folks

 

I have had a few different sources of these but need new number plate bulbs as well as some new side light bulbs for my 2008 Octavia VRs 

 

Any recommendations of ones that don't cause any dash lights? Hopefully decent reliable ones too

 

Any guidance greatly appreciated

You need the canbus freindly version sidelight bulbs.

I've had sidelights, numberplate lights and interior ones in all my cars for years with no problems at all

I had Fizzmos in the sidelights, but they burnt out after about 6 months (mostly night driving though)

 

I found the single LEDs in a dome tend to work just as well, but as there's only a single LED in there, there's less heat to dissipate

Still got Fizzmos in the interior lighting and the puddle lights though, still going strong :)

going to give a try on t10 to sidelight on my octi 06. hope fizzmo had good liftime on the lamps because im tired of changing led lamps. they broke after 2-3 months . someone still using lamps from fizzmo ?
