For the life in me I can't find confirmation of this on here using search.

Can anyone please tell me if the black replacement Grille from the Fabia Monte Carlo is the same size as the chrome one on the pre-FL Superb.

Want to carry this mod out on my car, but thought it best to check first as cost is about £100.

My first thought was are you mad!? The Fabia grill is nothing like the Superb grill...

 

...I was wrong, they 'look' remarkably similar, but the shape does look to me to be too different to be a straight swap. The curvature in the bottom corners is different...

Of course that's no guarantee

I think they maybe mean it is a black grille surround for a Superb rather than it actually being from a Furby Monte Carlo. They are a totally different size and shape.
