Hey Everyone,

I am just 25 and bought a used Skoda Fabia and very happy as comparing to other cars available in the same segment..

I do not earn much, so its going to be a bit costly to my pocket, but I the feeling of driving Skoda is worth it..

I am from India and Skoda is still struglling here because of after sales service and expensive spare parts.. but I think the parts are almost similar to Toyoto India coapring the price, so its not really bad either..

As I am new to Skoda and this is going to be my first car, I joined this forum to learn about things I should know etc and so that I can drive my car the best way it meant to be..

Looking forward to connect with the expert people here..

Octy 2 1.4TSI ESTATE CAXA Quite uncertain where to enter this question. The keyfob#1 has started to cause serious problems with the car alarm system. So far keyfob#2 is working with no problem. Car alarm starting randomly and only disconnecting the battery helped. Yesterday the alarm kept sounding/flashing even when the engine was running - undrivable. Is there a home cure whereby I can remap/reset the key fob? My very helpful auto sparks is unable to help

I know that i have posted in 3-4 other topics the photos of my modified console (in various stages) but i think it's proper to have them all in one topic plus informations for the step by step procedure. Maybe another member will read it and try to modify his or someone can find via Google Search the photos and have an inspiration. Another day, another reverse camera and I’m very proud to say that I can confirm the reverse camera can be fitted to the 2020 model year Facelift Superb. The camera fitting on these is a bit different with the new rear plinth but that actually makes it easier to fit. I am super pleased I could confirm this works on the FL Superb. Additionally, as this car is an SE-L with the A5 camera as standard for Dynamic Light Assist, I was able to code Lane Assist for the owner, a £535 option fr

Hello everyone I decided to update my 2014 Skoda Octavia to a newer age. First changed the MIB1 to MIB2, and then decided to add a rear view camera (there are other projects on the way like MFK1 to MFK2). I want to tell the story so someone else does not make the same mistakes I did. Neigbour with a Fabia Mk4 called me recently, his drivers door and the rear (right) passenger doors were partly open with what looked like a stainless steel rod jamming the two doors in their partly open/closed positions, to make a long story short, it was the door umbrella that apparently had shot out somehow or other and jammed the two doors, he had partially opened the back door to let his dog out I think and had let his own door partially open, or something like that.
