Is it possible to install headlights from UK and then adjust them to LHD traffic? I was thinking about OEM Xenon headlights?

On short, I wouldn't recommend you to do this. The RHD headlights cannot be 'adjusted' to meet for LHD cars specs, due to their construction. Car headlights can only be tweaked vertically.

All in all, you should be able to make them not to blind the incoming traffic, but they will never be 100% legal. Secondly, according to your country's law, you might have to get some other components, such as the headlights washers and a leaning sensor.
