Indeed. If you feel your ride quality is not as good as it should be, have a grope of the shock gaitors. If you feel lumps underneath, they've forgotten to do their job properly.

My SatNav SD card wasnt there and it took 10 days to arrive.

If you are having Columbus, then you won't get an SD card for the Nav, it's all stored on the hardrive.

All seems present and correct. I did my first M25 chug this morning. There cabin in the Elegance with Columbus and half leather is a nice place to be. Very comfortable, I was worried there 150 cr wouldn't be enough but its actually plenty. Although the VRS looks nicer. I think I got an all round better spec for the money.
