Fabia VCDS codes

Hi guys,

I have placed a similar post into the VCDS code forum however it seems that most people dont look at it. So I will repeat the question.

Essentially after playing around for a while I cant seem to make Turn lights or Coming Home lights work.

I have  Monte Carlo Diesel 2012 with standard fog lights and halogen headlights.

is there a way I can get either Turn lights or Welcome Home lights to work with the hardware I have using VCDS?

I know theres lots of posts about it but they all confuse me so much and I was looking for a definitive answer if possible!!!
