There's bleed nipples on the master cyclinder (2 iirc) and theres also a bleed nipple on top of the gearbox

I also believe if you have a lot of air in it you need to bleed the abs and this can only be done via vcds programming (thats off the top of my head)

He's done the abs with VCDS so I reckon it must be the master cylinder and gearbox need doing too

The two bleed nipples on the master cylinder are accessed from under the right hand side (N/S) of the reservoir, so you have to remove the boost pipe.

i couldnt find a specific bleed "Nipple" but i did see the two lines coming from the master cylinder.

 

I bled both of them and then aroun the entire car again, now the pedal feels alot better!

I've done Hampshire to worcester a few times but from your end I'd go m25 to M4 then come off at Swindon and blat up the A419 and get on the M5
