Since this is such a lovely forum to be in, and I will be sticking around - i thought i post pics of my lovely new acquisition...

Purchased last week.

It also serves as an interim daily car until i can source an Audrey replacement (to be picked up by new owner this week).

Honda - 1st job is to The Wheel Specialist (TWS) to clean up those allows! :-)

Its not going ANYWHERE near water until i work out what to do with Luke (oh, this is Prelude s new name :-)

But without a daily car, might have to drive Luke for a few days in the rain now :-((((

£300 was the deal on 18" rims. What diameter alloy is on Luke?

Reese said it was still £300 for my 17" after market Kahn alloys.

I trying to get then to source locking nuts too - as i have no idea what lock nuts i need?!!!!!

OK - thought on a G-reg the alloys may have been smaller that is all.

Didn't realise it had aftermarket rims fitted..... it was worth checking anyway.

Btw - what's the paint like on this vintage...... is it the thin soft Honda paint we know well,

or the older single stage paint application?
