p0716 error

my skoda octavia 1.9 tdi overracd while driving at 40-50 speed and in garage its engine rebuilt but now its not starting withour race and in high gears when the rpl slows or down ..the engine gets off and its engine lights are on and in scan its shows p0716 speed sensor error which is g 182 but still i havenot found n locate that sensor and the car is in same problem
