 I am having warning lights doing weird things ,does anybody know where the dash is earthed

I have had dash out to check connections and try find the earth but cannot see it

 

  please anybody

The dash earth is one of the wires in the multiway plug, check your engine bay earths first, it's more likely caused by sensors failing to earth properly through the engine block.
