The oily residue on the floor?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say you have a leak of some description :)

No

You got a slight leak.

The undertray should stop that ne way unless its full or removed

Could be brake fluid leaking, which would not be stopped by the under tray?

The oil on the ground yes, it's been happening since i got the car but had no issues with it

Check oil regularly and it's never even needed topping up

That was going to be my guess, had the pads changed not long ago and i think it's been worse since then

Big service in a few weeks so i'll get it sorted then hopefully

How are your front and rear jet sprays?

Has it got the elephant mod done to it?

That looks like intercooler pipe leak, mine had a slight weep and I replaced the rubber bit and clip and all is fine.

It could be that the master cylinder overflowed when the pads were pushed back in.

Both work fine

Nope, was thinking of doing it myself but decided against it

I'll get that checked out as well

Well id go with Ad lav's suggestion, mine are pretty gunky as well.

I would check them all out :P

Intercooler pipework, mines exactly the same. I'm guessing you don't usually park that far to the side

Think it's the 90 degree bend that goes to the ic itself that leaks a lot.

Pretty sure that won't leave residue on the floor.

That depends on where the leak is coming from and what is runs down or over I reckon, but do agree very unlikely.

+1 mines like it too, comes off the bottom of the plastic trim under the intercooler.

Transmission or Gear Box OIl?

Inner CV joint maybe?
