Whats he up to?

Featured Replies

Been to the dealers today to test drive a Yeti for the wife (ordered!!) While we were out I left my low mileage 1.9 4x4 Octy estate in thier yard. When I got back the boss was desperate to get me to trade it in against a low mileage 60 plate Octy Scout. Is my car THAT desirable?

Chances are he'll have someone lined up for it

Chances are he needs to shift something, or wants to because that is their job, and a 60 Plate Octy Scout to you will do.

So if the money deal is good for you, then that is all that matters.

Thanks, I just wondered why he was so desperate to unload the Scout. I have heard bad reports about the 1.6 CR, is the 2.o affected?

anyway, I am put off by the half leather upholstery!!

Selling you the Scout is one less car on his forecourt.

Your 4x4 will be off to auction.

a yeti will be easier to sell than an octavia scout, as per silver1011 he is just merely trying to shift old stock and it is easier to sell to someone that has come from something very similar
