Purchasing from skodaparts.com

Featured Replies

I am looking to buy a few genuine accessories and came across www.skodaparts.com

Has anyone purchased from this store and can it be trusted?

Thanks

Owen

it's a bit hit n miss as regards customer service IIRC.

Generally people get what they order although my experience was them being a little slow.

I did try to contact them but as many have commented, customer liaison isn't their strong suit.

I will order from them again though. :)

Postage to Northern Ireland at £4.99 for an accessorie weighing a few grams.. i'll give it a few days

This is just the parts department of the main dealer in Sheffield afaik, not as friendly as they used to be, had two new cars from them in the past, went to Lincoln for latest one, doubled my discount and customer service is loads better.

All good. The accessorie arrived the next day after the dispatch notification came. Still think they should be less greedy with their delivery charges.
