Swapping "swing" radio for a double din in a Yeti.

I bought a 2010 Yeti last week and want to replace the radio with the double din unit I removed from my old car.

What I would like to know is, what wires do I need to plug in the new head unit to the wiring loom in the car? Can anyone point me toward a link?

I'm alright with removing the radio and replacing it.
