I would, although clearly there is a LOT of rust!  I would perhaps avoid using iron out....

Just realised that I've come across a few more that would benefit from some detailing TLC.

 

The Mitsubishi is easily sorted but the last two may would definitely need elbow grease adding to the equation.

The Renault in looks fine? I think you may be mistaken by thinking the white bit is a defect in the paint, it's in fact a reflection of clouds! Pft.

Like everything these days..Its in 'The Cloud'

Just paint it with some clearcoat then park it back up
