Coolant Level Marking TFSI vRS

Featured Replies

Mine has mostly rubbed off, andpost-98538-14123375798556_thumb.jpg with there being two lines pretty close, guessing the bottom line minimum and top black line max? They seems rather close so just need backing up on my theory haha?

This is a picture off Google, I don't know why the coolant is topped up that much. Unless ite mena and both lines are minimum then that's rather weird of Skoda to do!

A new bottle from Skoda is about £15 and easy to fit yoursel

The lines are assuming the coolant is cold, it will naturally be higher than max when the system is under pressure with a hot engine.

Yep always check levels with a cold engine

I keep mine just above the seem, and it seems ok at that, it will spit out what it don't need.
