hi guys, have recently acquired a bluefin (genuine!) but am having issues connecting online. I have read the map from the car and it it stored on the handset but when i try to connect I get the message that I cannot connect to the remote server.

have messaged superchips and they have asked which version of the software I am using and I have told them that I am using the version on their website which I would assume is the most uptodate version.

 

can anyone help?

When i got my bluefin 5 years back I had the same issue. The software didn't have the right URL for the server or something.

The nice folk at Bluefin support emailed me the new map IIRC. It was a long time ago so maybe not. I thought it a pretty good efort considering the difference in time zones and the fact we don't speak English. ;-p
