That looks cool haha! I was hoping he would have gone down the by pass then would have had a blast to hear it. We'd both have struggled for grip though it was quite damp!

Just to bring things up to date...

Had a little cleaning morning the other day

Was tough work shifting 5 weeks or more of dirt plus huge amounts of brake dust after doing a last minute track day at Castle Combe with only 5 other cars!

Should now be running 360-370bhp on stage 2, only injectors req'd for 400...ridiculously tempted to get a set right now!!

Yes very soon no doubt, I firmly believe it'll handle the power well, the drivetrain and chassis is simply fantastic. I've had a number of hot hatches. This tops them all by some margin. Megane coming in 2nd

This little gem is a renaultsport megane dci175 (diesel) bought from one of the guys in work as it's just thrown a rod. This is totally standard full main dealer history, worth £5-6k.

Paid £600(!?)

Will help keep the miles off the focus and also save a couple penny's on the commute whilst still being fun yet comfy!

Can't wait to source a new engine and get running. Pics to follow once I get it home!

No not a single issue, they're actually pretty reliable, I know the hub bearings are wearing now with age. Only other issue was window regs which Renault paid at least 60% of replacement.

Actually quite impressed with the quick renaults, drove a stripped out 172 Clio a while back and what a good little car that was.

Rally flaps fitted

The RS suffers big time from stone rash. When overtaking through the gravelling bit on the road you can hear the sills and arches getting hammered. Much better now with the mud flaps on. And I think the focus can pull off the rally look quite well
