Is there such a thing as a part finder that will show me where a part should go?  I've found a black 6cm x 4cm bit of flat plastic, smooth on one side and with 5 clips on the reverse. The part no. is 5G0 886 296.

 

I found it in the rear left footwell and I cannot find where it came from. I had the seats down recently, to carry a chest of drawers, so it could be anywhere rear of the front seats, I guess, and it should obviously be filling a hole somewhere, I just can't find that hole!

 

Any ideas?

I decided to leave mine off as it seems to fall out every time I drop the rear seats.
