Costco bargain car vac

Featured Replies

I'm tempted to get one of these, it got a which best buy and has some really good reviews, anyone got one?

Anyway this is the offer Costco are doing.

If anyone local wanted one I'm sure I can pick one up for you.

We used one that looked identical to that (but couldn't swear it was a B&D though) and it was OK.

Not great, not powerful, but may have been clogged with dog hairs in the filter.

It has a small collection 'bag' but I can't see that being an issue for cleaning a car.

I've nothing else on this scale to compare it to, but wasn't too impressed with it.

Thanks for the info mark. Sounds great.

Karl I believe this one has a collection cup (so bag less ) I think it's the centre circle part you can see on the picture.

At that price I will certainly give it a go, I hate dragging the Hoover out, plus it's something I've been after for a while.

Correct. Being 'old' I couldn't think of the proper modern word for the 'bin' where the bits go. It was always a bag in my day..,

When's the offer start? May pop down!

I have just bought a 20quid Morrisons basic cylinder Hoover. Washable filter, pretty powerful and the end fits all Dyson tools.

I'm pretty happy.with that.as can just use an extension and don't have to worry about the battery etc.

Just got this months offer/vouchers in yesterday's post!

This one did look interesting.... let us know how you get on with it.

I have my Henry hoover for now..... looking at wet vac options next.

Karcher outlet usually has wet vacs on for about £35, when you come to look

Nice one mate - thanks for that!

Got one in my trolley :D

Also bought the snap on head torch and wand light things

I noticed carbon collective selling the head torch as a 'swirl spotter' for £17 plus delivery. Got it for a tenner! Commented asking if it was from Costco and they swiftly deleted my post lol

Nice one Josh - thanks for posting up your mini vac review!

No worries, also as mentioned previously, the snap on lights are very very good :)

i already have some of the variable focus LED torches from Costco;

great as swirl finding torches - and similar to the Rupes LL150

but at a quarter of the price
