Boot Light

Featured Replies

Does anyone know how to take down the interior light unit?.

I thought i'd ask before i break something.

If you want to fit a boot light may i suggest something.

I fitted an led battery operated light that has a sensor so only operates when dark.I simply stuck it on one of the wheelarches, its very effective and the lights only cost me £8 each. Much easier than trying to wire one into the front light.

+1. Bought ones for 7.99 from Maplin, and they've worked a treat.

There was a How To somewhere on here but I can't find it [emoji57]

From memory remove the lens by pulling downwards from the outer edge. Undo the two torq screws inside the light unit. carefully pull the unit to one side at a time and release the outer clips and pull it out. job done.
