lowering springs/droplinks

Featured Replies

I'm getting my vrs lowered in a couple of days (vogtland springs) The drop will be approx. 35 mm. I'm wondering if you guys could tell me if I need to fit the shortened drop links I keep hearing about or would it be fine to fit the meyle ones that people speak highly of. Also would it be wise to get the wheel alignment done after the springs have been fitted or wait until I've fit the droplinks aswell ? Thanks in advance.

I didn't need to fit shortened drop links when I lowered mine by 30mm

You should get an alignment after having the springs fitted, you can do this before or after the droplinks are fitted as they will not affect the alignment in any way.
