ive just rang skoda UK who say 502 02 has been used which is fine for my car

the Skoda UK person also said that the viscosity doesnt matter as long as it meets the VW grade personally i think its horse ****

he said they fill up untill max as it can differ depending on how much oil has left the engine, what would you recomend i do George? i change my oil every 5K anyway but i like the correct oil in it

Has it got the correct oil quantity in now,  checked by a Cold Dip & a hot dip?

Not done a hot dip but seems good on cold they just charged to much

What was their price per litre of their 10w 40 ?

 

& why the 30 miles driven?

30 miles driven to get the car hot to pass the emissions they are willing to fill the car up with some fuel, 9.90 unit price think thats liter the oil on the invoice is listed as w/shop 10w/40 synthe

Come back for skoda to fill the car with fuel and they showed me what they meant, and they have agreed to change the oil free of charge very happy
