Decisions....Decisions

Despite all the information and photos on this site, and the reviews online, I remain somewhat underwhelmed by the Fabia 3.

I have a perfectly good Fabia which drives like a dream especially after driving a 24 year old Land Rover 110!

So may end up staying with what I've got. But looking forward to seeing the estate in January.

Likewise in no hurry to replace our MC with the a Fabia III; they may get my custom when the 5 year warranty runs out in three years time :wonder:

However while the outside looks nice I'm not taken by the new dash layout.

i'm also looking forward to the estate with interest.(1.2 tsi 110 or 1.4 tdi 110.)

My son's Citigo 60 will be 3 years old next year, and it's performance becomes increasingly underwhelming.

It partly depends on the cost to change on the PCP .

The prices are looking a little high.

Having had a 60 PS City not so Go on extended loan I'd agree here also, doesn't seem to have the same willingness as the old HTP. Probably be able to walk quicker than a Fabia III with the same engine :D

i will be looking as to what offers they have, my PCP ends dec 2015, so will be looking seriously from march / april time, unless there are any "can't miss" deals or the dealer makes me an offer "i can't turn down" for my current GLII

I think the 1.0 3 cylinder jobs are not going to cut it, although having said that the 1.2 TDi in the GLII is only 75bhp, and drives ok, needs a few extra gear changes but respectable performance

the £2000 premium for the 1.4TDi is too much for me and after a DPF on the GLII I think after nearly 20 years of diesel motoring I will return to petrol

the keyless entry on the SE L makes it a no for me, so an SE it is, likely a 1.2 TSi probably a 90 but will probably test both a 90 and 110 but £650 for a few extra horses?

we know the base spec, what we don't have yet is the options list for SE and the prices. But I can't see much extra I would need

Just ordered a Monte Carlo Citigo to replace my Superb Outdoor Tour de France but have already more or less decided to have a Fabia 1.2TSi 110 SEL Combi in Candy white, panoramic roof and a few choice extras.

Disapointed with the lack of a quality feel to the dash but will be screwed together well and it looks good in and out.

Still doubts about when the estate is due though - Paris motorshow showed production ready example but i've heard it's a year away!

Hmmmmmm

looking on the configurator they want over a grand for a silver roof with rio red bodywork and associated alloys.

I think we were all spoilt with the prices that we had when SKoda were running their VAT free offer several years ago
