Anyone bought these ?

Featured Replies

Seems a bit expensive for carpet boot sides. Mind you if they were half the price (including post) I would consider them.

If you have the raised boot system there is less need for them as the plastic sides cover a fair bit of the painted surface.

Does anyone know anywhere else the right type of carpet could be bought and cut to fit?

I'm struggling to make sense of that site. I guess that's a shopping hook for a citigo but it doesn't actually say that.

What's this?

I don't have the raised boot system, don't know it these will fit if I did. Yes they are a bit expensive, but they fit perfectly I don't need any cutting and shaping, so I think they are worth it. I never did like the painted bootsides, the boot looks unfinished and rough IMO

I have fitted grey felt to boot sides.

I got the felt from a local scrap yard. It was taken from rear seat backs from a Fabia.

The I used cereal packet cardboard for a template, cut to size then glued in place

It cuts down noise in conjunction with wheel arch liners kit.

The back of car is very quiet especially in rain, it makes a big difference.

Thanks for the info, I bought these and just fitted them, they look really nice and gives the boot a more "expensive" look :-) don't know if mine has an noise reduction effect, i don't sit in the back ..:-) :-)
