Well its no show car lol. Just after tidying up the bay abit. Love the polish look but being put off by how much time is required to do it. Didn't really want to pay to have it done but if i go for paint iv got no choice really.

If you polish them you could easily lose an hour a week to keeping them nice!

If that sounds too much just powdercoat them! ;-)

Pic a colour

Powder coat :)

Cars yellow but think yellow bits will look to much. Maybe silver or black

Yellow on yellow looks too obvious to me....Matt red crinkle on the cam cover and inlet would look good,a bit like a Ferrari?

Put that with a polished boost pipe and fuel rail and you've got the makings of a nice bay ;-)

Red crinkle paint looks great. Anyone got red in the bay so i can visualise it. Not sure if a red inlet would go? Rocker would look nice tho.

Blue always looks nice under yellow too

Or purple :)

Brite facking purple :)

Pete got red rocker n inlet

Or matt black and blue hoeses eeeeeeverywhere

but after years of neglect the polished parts became tarnished so now the inlet manifold, fmic and abd intake are now painted black,so i would say polishing can look good if you keep on top of it but if you dont think you would then powder coating is the best option :)

Oooo whats that panel on the left ?

They were fitted on Audi S3 and tt,don't fit correctly on slam panel but can be made to fit :)

Here's mine its red my phone has made it go abit pinky :S just a spray paint job, 911 oil cap and the coilpack wiring cover. (don't worry I don't have the dv anymore)
