They only started using CO2 emissions to work out tax after 2001 so anything earlier is based on engine size. 

I know but I've saw 2 identical car's only months apart from 01 yet one was 130 a yr, the other 255 with that happening the earlier ones with be as good as worthless. Maybe some won't bother but some will
