Any tuner that actually does their own mapping is a good place to start and then you need to find people you can work with. A tuner is a relationship. BossFox uses JabbaSport and they look after him. Others are building that same relationship with Faboka.

I use Shark and they look after me. If you get a warm, fuzzy, feeling about Darkside then why not? They have a superb reputation. And you have a hardware and software upgrade path with them as well.

Pick a tuner and see how it goes. The shame here, I think, is that it will almost certainly never now be with JabbaSport.

I bought some Koni FSDs from JabbaSport, one of which developed a leak. JabbaSport basically weren't interested in processing the warranty claim and despite a lot of "we'll call you back" promises no-one ever did because the only person allowed to discuss warranty claims was always in the rolling road area and couldn't be disturbed.

Eventually JKM saw a post I'd made berating JabbaSport and offered to process the warranty claim, which gets them big brownie points from me.

I had a similar issue with a sponsor on here. I even purchased another set of coilovers on the understanding that the warranty claim would be sorted. Of course this never happened.
