Hi there.

Just finished my exhaust mod and wanted to show you guys a sample of it.
Removed the final exhaust piece, replaced with stainless stell pipe and added a Magnaflow Y tips to it.

 

The pipe stretches from the intermediate piece all the way to the back.

You really should put a RARB on = no roly poly on bends. Whats with the purple rear shocks?.

KW Suspension. Green springs with purple shocks.

Budget is a problem but a RARB is on the wishlist.

Just ordered a Powerflex dog bone bush, oil and other small bits and pieces for servicing.

So is this a straight through system with no silencers?

Hmmm not sure about your question.

The cat is still there, intermediate muffler is still there, just the back muffler has been removed and replaced with straight pipe and tips. No silencer from the middle to the back of the car. Juuuust stainless steel.

Could you weld that tip on to the the end of the octy standard exhaust obvs cutting the the original tip off?

I want this look but don't want to have to replace the full lot.

The tip is Y shaped. The standard exhaust muffler uses two pipes towards the standard tip. You must get two separate tips or modify the pipes coming out of the muffler and turn them into one for the Y tip.

Search some pictures of the standard muffler and you will understand.

Do you have a link to the pipes. If no do you know the sizes required.

The pipe size is standard, no increase or decrease in size. 63mm i think it is.

I don't have any links because they were purchased from the garage where the mod was done. The tip is Magnaflow, the pipe is standard stainless.
