How can I tell if my 2005 2.0 TDi Octavia estate (1Z5) has piezo injectors?

If its a vrs pd it will have piezo injectors otherwise it will be Bosch ones

Is that for certain do you know? I reckon can find as many threads saying this engine (none VRS BKD ) will have them as won't.

BKD (PD 140) engines have Bosch standard injectors. Only the 170 PD is fitted with Siemens Piezo injectors. You can tell simply by looking at them. If they look like this...
