My 1.4 16v had developed a misfire on no1 cylinder.

Compression is fine all plugs and coils are working and tbh I'm pritty stumped with this now. The management light has also gone off now so can't even fault read it but the problem is still very much there

Have you tried swapping the injectors around?

Also could be a leak in the inlet manifold gasket.
