Im collecting a carpet from a mk4 golf gti this evening, removing it myself. is there any tool i need that i didnt need when i removed my octy vrs one or is it all pretty much the same?

Pity much the same mate, nothing I can think of

I removed my golf carpet myself from a car in the scrap yard. The only difference was the two bolts you'll need to remove at the front of the front seats. On the octavia iirc they were 13mm hex ones but on the golf they were torx ones quite a big size.

cheers for the replies, i got there and he had 99 per cent of the work, so i didnt have to do anything. Ill enjoy fitting it when i have cured the leak for certain, for now ill just listen to the engine through the floor lol
