Im having issues selecting 3rd gear when coming from 2nd. Reverse is hard to get out of after its been selected and driven in. Also movement in neutral is normal. When pushed left or right it doesn't return to the middle position. Anyone know how to fix this? Is my gearbox knackered? Its on a mk1 vrs

Linkage probably need to be reset. There are guides on youtube.

Getting to become so I'm afraid as the mileages start to get bigger on the mk1's

I adjusted my gear linkages today. Noticed alot of play in the rubbers on the bit that attaches to the cables. Anyone got a part number so i can order new ones from tps?
