I don't do many miles now I am officially retired, I do keep the battery charged

and it gets a good blow out of 50 to 100miles (round trip)

The low battery does throw up some anomalies but, even fully charged, the

mirrors grump their way open or shuffle in a surly manner to the open position.

They won't open with the engine running, they don't always open when the switch

is operated, if they do they take it in turns to open slowly just to be awkward.

I avoid eye contact with them now, until I am ready to move off.

Why don't they operate from the ignition, open when the ignition is on and

closed when the ignition is off.

Why ho why, this has been covered many times on the Forum. Not going to happen on either F/L or pre F/L. I,m like you gumdrop just wish there was a tweek to make this happen.
