Have you tried asking the person who made the post on YouTube?

Somebody else did under the posted video, and I did via pm, but no answer.

its not going to be as simple as a cable, there will be a third party video interface as well.

 

This post from 2012 suggests its not an easy install, with direct soldering to the bolero circuit board required to get video.
